Experience and perspective
He has worked on major prosecutions and defenses, financial crimes, civil forfeiture, search-and-seizure controversies, intellectual property, construction, employment, and land-title cases. His estate practice covers succession planning, settlement and administration of estates, heirship, trusts, and property disputes among heirs. He represents clients from case assessment through trial and appeal and advises businesses across various industries. He has appeared before numerous trial courts, arbitral bodies, quasi judicial bodies, the Court of Appeals, and Sandiganbayan.
Before co-founding BCDC Law, he was the lone Senior Associate at Andres Padernal & Paras. He earned his Juris Doctor and Public Administration degrees from the University of the Philippines, where he was a national moot court champion and an Asia-Pacific quarterfinalist.
