Julia is the Managing Partner of the firm and a topnotcher in the 2020/2021 Bar Examinations. She leads the firm’s litigation and regulatory practice.

Experience and perspective
She represents clients in a broad range of administrative, civil, and criminal proceedings before trial courts, the Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court, and various government agencies and tribunals. Her practice is defined by strategic case management and disciplined advocacy.
In addition to dispute resolution, she advises multinational and domestic companies on data privacy, regulatory compliance, and risk management. She has also been involved in legal due diligence for acquisitions and financing transactions across multiple industries, as well as corporate structuring and governance matters.
A Dean’s Medalist at the University of the Philippines College of Law, Julia combines academic distinction with practical, client-focused legal strategy.
Prior to co-founding BCDC Law, she worked as a litigation, labor and intellectual property lawyer at SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan. She also served as Attorney VI at the Commission on Elections for the 2025 National and Local Elections. She is the co-founder of AskAbogado.ph.
